Why S-CUBE TVAC?
The chambers are designed to provide an extensive environmental test system to simulate the outer space and varying thermal conditions. TVAC allows to test various parts in high vacuum and in clean environment.
Smart
In comparison to welded vacuum chambers, the wall orientation and position of our modular panels and hinges can be changed, if the experimental or testing procedure must be modified in the future.
Simple
You say, what you need, and we create a perfect vacuum and thermal solution for you. We offer ready-to-use controllers with a simple user interface.
Sooo flexible
We offer many ready-made design variants, from which a complete vacuum system can be assembled. You can choose from many sizes, shapes, power levels, technical solutions, surface modifications etc. to best suit your needs.

FAQ
You may still have some questions
3D model is for now not generated for each configuration. We will send you 3D model in step format after sending an inquiry of configured chamber. We can also offer you a design study in which we will create an optimal design solution to your vacuum system.
There is a difference in allowable number of operating cycles based on used material. Maximum allowable number of load cycles is affected by sizes of the chambers more than used material.
We understand how getting fast feedback is important for you, that is why right after receiving of your request our team will get in touch with you. Depending on complexity of configured chamber we will send you our offer from 1 to 14 days.
Because we begin processing your request immediately, it is better to make amendments to your request within a short time from sending a request. We recommend to contact our team on the following e-mail address scube@streicher-machinery.cz and they will help you out.

S-CUBE can use FKM (Viton) o-rings with vacuum permeation dominant at level 5×10-8 mbar, and this is a limit vacuum for our system. We are also offering variants with double o-rings on doors with vacuum between grooves for improved permeation. CF flanges can be also made on stainless steel panels. Normal operating vacuum for standard S-CUBE chamber with single elastomer sealings is 1×10-7 mbar.
Surface outgassing is a more common vacuum limit for most systems and standard TVAC chambers with complex surfaces have a limit vacuum at 1×10-6 mbar.
Most of the times we manufacture stainless-steel frame and aluminum removable panels. This is a suitable material combination regarding costs and usability. We also manufacture an all-aluminum version of the S-CUBE due to its lighter weight. Rarely, we manufacture fully stainless-steel chambers as the solution is quite heavy. It is preferable to manufacture a custom made welded stainless-steel chamber.
The cube chamber is chosen when the chamber function exceeds the target chamber weight. Cylindrical chamber is often lighter, but the cube chamber has more usable space. Manufacturing cost difference between a cylindrical and a cube chamber is often small with respect to complex vacuum applications. STREICHER can supply chambers with various shapes to fit the process.
