Why S-CUBE TVAC?

The chambers are designed to provide an extensive environmental test system to simulate the outer space and varying thermal conditions. It allows to test various parts in high vacuum less than 1×10-6 mbar and in clean environment.

Smart

In comparison to welded vacuum chambers, the wall orientation and position of our modular panels and hinges can be changed, if the experimental or testing procedure must be modified in the future.

Simple

You say, what you need, and we create a perfect vacuum and thermal solution for you. We offer ready-to-use controllers with a simple user interface.

Sooo flexible

We offer many ready-made design variants, from which a complete vacuum system can be assembled. You can choose from many sizes, shapes, power levels, technical solutions, surface modifications etc. to best suit your needs.

Temperature Control Technology

Our experience – your advantage

Large radiating surface for fast temperature cycle using hydroformed stainless steel
pillow plate with peak vacuum performance thanks to our long vacuum expertise.

Refrigerated / Heating Circulators from -91 °C to +250 °C

High temperature accuracy up to ±0.01°C.

Cooling/Heating Solutions:

  • Cooling/heating only of the cold plate + radiation shields on all sides inside the chamber
  • Cooling/heating of the whole surface – integrated cooling / heating pillow on all five walls plates with radiation shields and cold plate on the bottom
  • Cooling/heating of the movable cold plate

For more demanding solutions up to -196 °C we can offer a system using mobile storage tanks for cryogenic liquefied nitrogen. Since liquid nitrogen is a compact and easily portable source of nitrogen gas, it is an excellent refrigerant.

  • Integrated safety device on the container neck
  • Pressure display
  • Fill level and pressure indicator
  • EK-Siphon with exhaust and overflow valve
  • Integrated pressure build-up
  • Filling hose (1,5m) with phase separator

Other temperature solutions on demand.

Vacuum Solutions

Each chamber can be fitted with a roughing, turbomolecular or cryogenic pumping system of various sizes.

Cleaning in ISO 8 and ISO 6 cleanroom can be offered.

Pump types

  • Oil Sealed Vacuum Pumps
  • Dry Vacuum Pumps (for clean processes, sensitive to oil mist)

2 vacuum levels

  • 1×10-1 mbar – simpler system without a turbomolecular pump
  • up to 1×10-7 mbar – system with a turbomolecular pump

Vacuum Control

The system is controlled by an integrated controller or a custom-made user interface with touch screen to cover simple or more complex systems. It means, it can be controlled both with a push-button solution and with remote access. Vacuum controller includes automatic pump down, venting and interlocks for safe operation.

Description of functions:

  • observe the pump during operation
  • pump start / stop / activate standby speed / error reset
  • show parameters on the main screen (nominal speed, current, bearing temperature, pressure values)
  • show warning and error memory with description
  • activate the pump depending on pressure
  • attach laptop and operate the pump via web server
  • view logged data in real-time
  • read out logging memory and analyze with PC tool
  • read out parameter set and error memory of the pump with a PC
