Vacuum pumps and equipment
STREICHER delivers also complex projects so that our customers can focus on a process inside and STREICHER take care about a vacuum pumping.
- Roughing, Turbomolecular or Cryo pumps of various sizes can be recommended to fit any vacuum system
- An optimal vacuum gauges in respect to measured vacuum level based on cost and accuracy are used.
- Integrated controller or a custom-made user interface with touch screen to cover simple or more complex systems can be offered.
Lifting lugs
Both S-CUBE and custom-made vacuum chambers can be equipped with lifting lugs.
- Rotatable lugs can penetrate packaging foil so that the chamber is still covered, but lifting lugs are easily accessible.
- Fixed lifting lugs for lids and doors are recommended.
- Various sizes are available.
Vacuum viewport
Take a close look onto your vacuum process with our viewport with LED light with adjustable brightness.
Following on stock available models are compatible with DN 160 and DN 100 ISO-F, ISO-K and ISO-CF flanges:
- Standard viewports without light
- LED white light Viewports
- RGB LED color Viewports
- Viewports with removable thin protecting glass for coating processes
Hinges, locking mechanisms, gas pistons
We can equip chambers with various types of hinges, locking mechanisms, gas pistons or safety interlocks to allow a smooth chamber operation.
- Both custom made or standard double action hinges for various door sizes can be integrated.
- Hinges with eccentric shaft for larger doors can align door position to compensate for angular movements in order to achieve the highest alignment accuracy.
- Simple mechanical or automatic locking mechanisms can be integrated.
- Gas pistons to reduce lid weight were proven to be useful in the past projects.
- Simple or automatic safety interlocks can be used to prevent accidents inside the vacuum chamber.
Optical tables
We are designing and manufacturing optical tables in various shapes.
- We have manufactured thicknesses between 10 – 140 mm, but we are flexible.
- Larger sizes can be welded from more plates by electron beam technology.
- Cleaning in ISO 8 or ISO 6 cleanroom can be offered for an excellent vacuum performance and low outgassing. Each individual thread will be mechanically and chemically cleaned.
- Tables can be also optionally tempered with electrical heating or with thermal oil.
- Modal frequency simulation including added weight and support structure can be simulated.
Vacuum bellows
We can offer our experiences with various bellow types and multiple areas of application.
- Edge welded bellows for mechanical decoupling under optical tables.
- Hydraulically formed bellows with or without alignment studs.
- Cleaning including vacuum baking-out of complete parts in size around 500 mm can be offered.
- Bellows can be custom made, or we can use a standard types and fit them on the system.
Support frames
We are supporting our customers and our chambers with a strong support also under delivered chambers.
- Painted carbon steel, smooth stainless steel or assembled aluminium support frames can be delivered.
- Welded frames are machined after welding for a high accuracy.
- Frame stiffness can be verified by FEM simulation.
- Separate frames under both chamber and optical table can be designed and delivered.
