Optical tables and breadboards

S-Cube Automatic
Chamber behaviour can be predefined by the programmable logic controller (PLC). The PLC controls the vacuum pump and lighting, evaluates temperature and signals from pressure gauges, and much more

3D model is for now not generated for each configuration. We will send you 3D model in step format after sending an inquiry of configured chamber. We can also offer you a design study in which we will create an optimal design solution to your vacuum system.
Based on your inquiry we will send you a 3D model and a drawing with your configuration. You can easily specify positions of your flanges into this drawing.
There is a difference in allowable number of operating cycles based on used material. Maximum allowable number of load cycles is affected by sizes of the chambers more than used material.
Standard accuracy of flanges is better than 0.5mm in the chamber total coordinate system. This accuracy can be improved by 0.2mm by an integration of optional accurate pins.
Minimal dimension of the chamber is 400 mm. Maximal dimension is depended on wall thicknesses, but custom made chambers can be long up to 6 meters. We are flexible and we can offer custom solutions.
Chambers of the same size can be connected in a row, L. Limitations are in connection of chambers with different sizes.
The render view in the configurator is only for illustration. We will send an accurate render based on the configuration and your inquiry. This render will be at close degree accurate and improves upon consultation with the client. Configurator serves as communication tool between our team and clients. It allows to recognize problematic issues early and make communication efficient.
Prices are set on an individual requirements of customers and complexity of design.

Manufacturing time depends on complexity of project. Our team pays special attention to planning of schedule in order to make sure that you get your product in time. A rough estimation on manufacturing time after finished design is 10-14 calendar weeks. S-CUBE Universal is available on Stock in the most used sizes 400, 600 and 800 mm.

What was your impression of the S-Cube?
We were looking for a modular vacuum chamber for our research department. The S-Cube, being a modular system, seemed to offer exactly what we needed for our project. A high quality, good looking and easy-to-modify vacuum system.
What problem you wanted to solve with our product?
Industrial machines for additive manufacturing are often designed to last for a long period of time. They are not meant to be modified. In research however, we are often faced with rapidly changing technologies that need to be implemented and tested in our test rigs . We need to be able to rapidly adapt our system without having to build a whole new machine. The modularity of the S-Cube offers exactly that.
What would you say to someone who asked about us?
The experience we had during the meetings and the written exchange with the company was really positive. The response time was short and the interest in our project was high. It is a real pleasure to cooperate with such a company.

What was your impression of the S-Cube?
In general, the S-cube system is very well designed and performs as advertised. As we said above it is the one that stands out in the lab !
What problem you wanted to solve with our product?
The goal was to be able to reach high vacuum inside the chamber to accommodate for a high intensity laser system. The chamber had to be isolated from the breadboard to minimize vibrations and the design had to ensure that frequent venting; opening and closing would not misalign the complex beam path inside.
As of today, the laser system has not yet be added. Given the performances of the vacuum we are not worried that the performances will be met.
What would you say to someone who asked about us?
We would highly recommend Streicher !
