Cleaning in ISO 8 or ISO 6 cleanroom can be offered for an excellent vacuum performance and low outgassing. Each individual thread will be mechanically and chemically cleaned.
Precision cleaning procedures guarantee the best vacuum performance by removing leftover particles and shapeless contaminants that adhere to the surface.
